Billy Long founded Covenant Church of Raleigh (North Carolina) and has pastored other churches in North and SOuth Carolina. Since receiving the baptism in the Holy Spirit, Billy has witnessed and experienced the supernatural gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit both in the church and in the marketplace. Teaching and training believers in this area of church life has been a vital part of his ministry. Billy graduated from Oral Roberts University and attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Laurel live in Longs, South Carolina.
